1. Payment and Delivery

1.1 Payment Completion: All payments must be made in full before any photography products or services are delivered.
1.2 Download PINs: A unique download PIN will be provided to the client after full payment has been received.
1.3 Non-Refundable: All payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Pricing

2.1 Pricing Adjustments: Payment amounts may be subject to change at the discretion of the photographer and/or editor.
2.2 Quotations: Any pricing provided prior to payment is an estimate and may change before final payment is made.

3. Usage Rights

3.1 Permitted Uses: Clients are granted a personal-use license to use the photographs for any non-commercial purpose, including personal printing, sharing on social media, and displaying in personal spaces.
3.2 Prohibited Uses: Photographs may not be used for commercial purposes, including but not limited to advertising, product promotion, resale, or use in paid publications, without prior written consent from Frontier Photography.

4. Copyright

4.1 All photographs remain the intellectual property and copyright of Frontier Photography unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.2 Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or alteration of photographs is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 Frontier Photography is not liable for any loss, damage, or claims resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use the photographs.
5.2 In the event of unforeseen technical issues or file corruption, Frontier Photography's liability will be limited to resupplying the photographs where possible.

6. Modifications to Terms

Frontier Photography reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
